I'm sorry those items didn't work out. I agree with everyone, her things have gone downhill. I'm not buying anything from her. I saw a video of last years Kaleidoscope tree and it was much prettier. It didn't have those red and green bright lights at the bottom. I wonder if someone should send her a private message on Facebook and tell her to read the forums and reviews about how many people have written bad reviews and are sending things back. She needs to wake up and improve Quality Control.
