GREAT NEWS!
I took a poster's advice and reached out to QVC again. The gal I spoke with was not in a position to make this type of decision so she had someone higher up contact me by phone. The fellow was very apologetic and could not understand why things had taken so long to be resolved. He told me to return the wreath via the prepaid label he emailed me and my money will be refunded. Easy peasy, go figure. I'm still amazed that the others said they couldn't do anything. So now I'm a happy girl. THIS is how customer service should be.

This is great news!!! Maybe, QVC is realizing no matter how big a company is they still need satisfied customers!!!
