@mousiegirl Hey, when you ordered the 'Cheerful Giver candles did you happen to order the Balsam Fir or any of the apple ones? I love a good Balsam candle and also apple but some are really bad too so I was just wondering if you by any chance had tried these. Thanks.

@lucymo None of those, but every scent I ordered has been wonderful. Judging by the Bayberry, I would say the balsam would probably be great also. I have ordered through the years Balsalm from Valerie and other companies, and have not been happy, also Bayberry, and no Bayberry I have ever tried has been as nice as this company's. I wanted to duplicate the scent I grew up with, and this is almost the exact scent, not harsh like most of the tree scents, a soft, warm scent with a nice throw.
Putting up the kitchen tree today! DH started to sing, "it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas," help, where are the earplugs, lol.

@mousiegirl Thanks, I'll go order some as today is the last day, I think.
I can't wait to see your pictures. I love that pictures are starting to come in now. I'm going to try to climb up and get a picture of the top of our entertainment center this afternoon of the deer. I'll tag you if I get it.
Have fun with the tree. I finally got mine done. Is this where you do the ladder thing with the garland and lights?

@lucymo I would love to see the deer display. I can hardly wait to begin on mine, but the tree will be done first. This is Lisa's woodland tree, green and flocked, so already has lights. It is the gingerbread/candy tree. I posted pictures a few years ago, but will post this year's tree as things will have been added.
The fresh green tree in the living room will be bought later this week and put up next Sunday, DH stringing the lights, then I will begin to decorate the next day. It usually takes me three-five days.
I am glad to see other posters posting pictures, as there has always just been a few posters with a few pictures. Earlier, I had told myself that I wouldn't bother this year as didn't want to be the only one posting pictures, but have changed my mind now that I see others posting.

@mousiegirl I can't seem to have two days in a row to work on Christmas. We go out of town tomorrow and Thursday a church obligation, Friday a meeting so I hope to about finish up on Tuesday and Wednesday. Next week will be cleanup week and a Christmas party. Next year, I start in September. lol
