Pinterest is full of those Peep arrangements.  I was going to do one for this Easter, I had a lot of examples but it totally slipped my mind.  I blame it on age but my 30something daughter totally forgot too...LOL    We're good at making plans, not so good on the follow through.

I like it, it's very colorful. However, I can't use candy for displays because I first have to eat them.
