We will have an early lunch/brunch, so quiche, salad and rolls.

@QVCkitty1  Nothing wrong with turkey breast if that's what you like. I like to do a spiral ham at Easter because it's foolproof.  No worrying if it's undercooked. Thanksgiving is such a production with the huge turkey and all the sides, and I look forward to the simplicity of the Easter meal.

I have a turkey breast in the freezer that I bought around Christmas. I'll probably grill it.

I'm with you.  I'm going with roast beef slices on a hard roll with potato salad on the side and with horseradish too.

Probably will just have a sandwich. Don't just cook for myself ever.

@catter70 - I'm by myself and I never cook for myself either.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

Salmon---DD doesn't like ham----I do tho and would love just a slice--so maybe I'll do that just for me.

My daughter just had a baby little more than a month ago.  We will visit them but first stop by to pick up take out from Harvest Seasonal Grill since they are vegan and DH and I are not...something for everyone and I don't have to cook.

Same here!

Only I'm thinking of doing potato salad instead of scalloped potatoes this year.

We love the Honeybaked hams.
