My own CIJ wants for this year

pictures

I am working (with help from my step-daughter, an artist) on making this wood pallet sign. The only other items I am looking for this year are some candle rings and a few snowy owls.

Enjoy your CIJ shopping.

Looks pretty good being made from a wood pallet. It's amazing at how crafty one can be. They have a set of 2 snowy owls at Grandin Road for $19 for the 7" & $29 for the 10". It shows they are not available to ship until Sept 2017.

@Snicks1  Keep an eye on zulily for Christmas items.  I bought some beautiful owls there last year, also I would google.  A few years ago, can't remember where, but I bought two large gorgeous snowy owls, one left facing and one right facing, that reside on my white and red tree.

I must say, this is a beautiful sign.. I love & appreciate art & creativity..  My girls are both artistic; even though they are in different professions.. My younger daugther won first place in a Duck Contest, in high school & was featured in the Conservationist magazine?...

I too just want some candle rings & maybe some cardinal flameless candles.. I could open up my own VPH shop, Candle Impression, & some Home Reflection.. Love the flameless items bc I'm allergic to perfume, fragrances & some plastic odors..  Again, just beautiful artwork; enjoy it...

Love your red and white owl tree.  How creative!  The bears are so cute.

@BornToShop  I don't, lol, it stays up all year in my "red" room, so no one sees it but me.  With all else I decorate, it would be overwhelming if I had to disassemble this room also. Smiley Happy

Valerie's new lantern looks nice, but I won't be buying.  I have so many now, and I prefer lanterns without candles so I can decorate the inside, but of course, I have plenty of Luminara.  This lantern would need batteries in four candles, and would have to be turned over to do so, guess I am just too lazy for this.

I bought a huge lantern last year at Home Goods, white/cream with Santa's sleigh and all reindeer on all sides with "Merry Christmas to all and to all a Good Night" written in black, so will content myself with this.  I had a real problem finding storage space for lanterns last season.

I did not buy the red lantern you posted a few months ago, the Christmas red, did you? Speaking of Christmas red, I don't know why most lanterns are the darker red, not a true Christmas red, very annoying.
