I'm not big on decorating for Christmas anymore, but I do have a weakness for reindeer. 

I saw this guy and it was love at first sight. I ordered him and he came yesterday. I have him sitting on the floor next to our fireplace and he will stay out year round. I love him.

@froggy -  Nordstrom online. Just search reindeer. He's weighted and stands on his own. Description says 2.5 pounds.  He was pricey, but free shipping.
