My UPS guy backed his truck up into my driveway LOL!!!

I had made some purchases from HSN, EVINE, QVC and Amazon in the past two weeks.  A couple of packages were delayed and one package from the Q arrived super quick.  The packages stacked up to my waist!  YIKES!!  Stu has been my UPS delivery man for 15 years, and knows my ways, so he wasn't surprised.  I did warn him that this was just the start though - he chuckled and said "Christmas in July eh?"

The quick delivery was the VPH glittered faceted drop candle rings.  Don't know if it was the heat in the truck (the packages were really warm) or if they were produced too fast and packed too quickly, but they are sticky, like the glitter glue hadn't set.  I'm thinking that is also contributing to them not being very reflective.  Hopefully when they cool down they'll reset and look better.  We'll see.

That's funny!  I've often wondered if that will happen to me someday at the office, where my UPS driver (Brett) thinks it's Christmas in July every day with me!!  And I like your driver's name - Stu.  That's my husband's name and I hardly ever see or hear it.  Hope the candle rings cool off for you.  And I'm anxiously awaiting my winter scene lantern -- hope it's packaged well.  I ordered another VPH item last year with an animated scene -- when it arrived, Santa was upside down! Guess it was a long trip. Woman LOL

I love it!  I have all my packages delivered to my office at work, and between QVC, eBay and Amazon orders that I placed this week, I'm going to be hauling a lot of stuff home.  Last year during CIJ when I got a ton of boxes all at once, my nosey receptionist asked "What's in all these boxes?!"  I said, "hemorrhoid cream," then I leaned in really close to her and whispered, "whatever you do, don't push."  Feel free to use this response with the UPS man, too.  It's fun to watch the reaction.

THAT is hilarious!!

Very kind UPS driver you have there.  Once, my driver stacked up boxes in front of my swing out screen door and had to retrieve via the garage. I don't know what I'd do when I'm supposed to continue downsizing here.

Enjoy all the new purchases now and what's to come! And hope everything is fine with the candle rings. Those are nice-looking.

@RazorSharpOH my gosh! You are funny! Good one!

One time, long ago, I had ordered a bunch of stuff from QVC.I really had a good time and it sure felt like Christmas but when they all came at once and I opened the door, I could barely see on top of them! It was a tad over the top I must say and kind of embarrassing lol! I was hoping none of the neighbors had noticed and dragged them in as fast as I could .

@Buck-i-Nana  I have those Valerie candle rings ordered but haven't received them yet.  Hope yours will cool down and be nice  I received an Easter item last year that appeared to have been packed in the plastic before the paint dried as there was sticky paint on the item and the plastic bag.  I ordered the garland and the candle rings of Valerie's and I hope they will be good.
