Anyone know anything about battery life for continuous swirling glitter and light? Just wondering about the 3 C batteries and how often they'd need to be replaced. That could be expensive.

@10000Nicknames  I'm not interested in that lantern, but we use rechargable batteries. It has saved us lots of money over the yrs Smiley Happy

I was also wondering about that.

I noticed that HSN sold a Halloween version of this product.

I read the reviews (all 5 stars) and nobody was complaining about the battery life.

I ordered 2. I guess we will find out the hard way.

Hopefully, someone who already owns one, will reply.

Re: Lori Greiner's ODO lantern

HSN has sold many versions of this type of lantern over the past couple years, and the reviews consistently state that the battery life is poor, and/or the motor which swirls the glitter breaks after a short period of usage.  Even with 3 C batteries, I can’t imagine getting more than 2 weeks out of this on a 6 hour timer.  Those motors eat batteries.

I couldn't beleive it took three C batteries.

Me either!

I have done some research.

These Glitter globe lanterns are available in many places.

They seem well liked by most buyers.

One unusual difference...I could not find ANY that ran on C batteries.

They ALL run on 3 AA batteries.
