I am quite sure you know what you want, so apologies in advance if I'm overstepping, but judging from the picture, the tree looks closer to three feet. 

Just a reminder to maybe measure once more to be sure so you're not surprised when the tree you decide on finally arrives!

@Nataliesgramma   I would look everywhere, online, many places that sell trees of all types.  I have bought all of my trees online from various places.  I looked for a taller tree like the trees in your picture, but could never find one.  I now have a faux tree for the living room, and it was covered in vintage ornaments the last two Christmases and probably this year also, they look beautiful.  There is enough space between the branches for them to stand out.
