I don't like the bright red cardinals or the bright gold wings. 

That being said if someone gets a positive feeling when they see a cardinal in certain circumstances .. good for them.

If the cardinal brings you a good memory I am happy for you.

Positive memories and feelings that someone is looking over you is a heck of a lot better than getting a negative feeling.

I just don't think that particular piece is well done.

why the cardinals? If anything,  I would think if they wanted to use a bird they could have used the DOVE.  I do not like this piece.
