It's National Scream Day !

Scream Day, celebrated on April 24, sounds silly at first but the day has its merits. Modern-day hustling has led to a lot of pent-up anxiety and pressure, which we all need a healthy way to channel. While meditation is a go-to way to relax, many psychologists are convinced that there is nothing like good old screaming to let it all out. Releasing built-up frustrations through screaming is surprisingly calming for the brain.

I went outside and let it rip !! ( my neighbors looked at me like I was nuts ! ) I feel so much better now ! Have you screamed today ?

No screaming here, however, when they have a "Punch an idiot day" I'm in. lol

I'm afraid if I started screaming I wouldn't stop .. a lot of stress going

Relax ! I was just bringing a little humor to the board, I really didn't go outside and scream if that's what you were referring to. Have a wonderful and happy evening it's always good to smile every now and then.

It's scream day every day around here but I didn't know it was a "thing". Scream therapy works great but I go to the back pasture when I need to. Try it sometimes - it's free!!
