Please stop with the complaints...retail of all kinds (not just QVC) has done this for years.

Lots of people like to get a head start buying decor & gifts!

Perhaps you don't care for it, but you have to realize that there a plenty of others who do appreciate the early shopping and preparation.  Telling someone or a company to 'stop it' when, clearly many customers enjoy it and, in this instance, QVC makes money or they wouldn't do these shows.

I hate the heat of the summer so sitting here in my AC watching Christmas programs is very calming for me.  I may buy a gift or two or three as well.

I appreciate being able to save money and to be able to know that I have gifts for those I want to gift .

Count me in, I have enough things to buy for gifts and entertainment in November and December. It's nice to be able to do some shopping this time of year for Christmas.

Last year I replaced my old Christmas tree with a new one in July. It was really nice this year to put up a brand new Christmas tree that was beautiful.🎄🎄🎄🎄

@vermint   So true... just this week I was at Hobby Lobby.  Their fall decor is out and they were starting to put out some Christmas things as well.  Many people enjoy a jump start on purchases.   Yes...I have bought a couple gifts already.  To each his own.  đź¤·đźŹ»â€Ťâ™€ď¸Ź

Truly, it's entertainment.

I do find that if I have bought some holiday items earlier, it diminishes my interest in buying any more when the deluge of Christmas promotional items occurs just after Halloween.

I'm glad this thread exists. Let people who hate Christmas In July come here and vent all they want. People like me who love CIJ will stick to the celebratory threads. My advice to others who love it too would be to not argue with these people, because that's what they want. Let them have their hate fest while we enjoy threads dedicated to positivity and sharing good, supportive posts.
