My wonderful mom is visiting me for a while since Thanksgiving, and we've been having a great time   

I normally would've completed my decorating yesterday, but I only got the tree out of the bag, and the garland on the mantle.

Thanks everyone. I absolutely love the holidays and getting everything ready. 

Today I went Christmas shopping, came home and wrapped them up. Tomorrow I'm getting gift cards and I'm  waiting for the gifts I ordered and once I wrap those I'm done. 

I will start getting ideas for Christmas dinner and for now just enjoy the rest of the holidays.

@qvcfreak  Everything looks great and very inviting. I especially like your use of hanging stockings on the backs of your dining chairs. That would add a lot to mine so I hope you don't mind me "stealing" your idea, haha!
