@SunValley - something you might try.  Long long ago, I rented an apartment over a little store front that sold Christmas trees and roping during the holidays.  They used to store the trees out on the back porch and bring them up into the store area as needed.  The tenant would clean the store area, but never that porch.  As the trimmings back there dried, the scent intensified!

 

Perhaps you could get some greens and intentionally dry them, hanging them upside down from a clothesline.  I might try that myself now that I've remembered it!
