It is quite sad. She seemed to keep her eye on the other elderly woman at the end of the driveway as if looking for instructions from her. Maybe that other woman is taking care of her. They do not live in our neighborhood, so must have driven there from another location. I imagine if they went door to door on their own street, people might call DHS to report their odd behavior.

I think anyone over the age 13 is pushing it a bit. JMHO!
