@colliemom4, I love quilts too, but I don't think you can ever have too many!  I use quilts to throw over the lazy-boy chair our bulldog loves to lay in, and I always try to coordinate with holiday decor.

I think that would be great for all winter too! 

 

I've never invested in a quilt for just the holidays or even just a seasonal one. 

 

I tend to use the same quilt in my rooms for many years. I spend a lot of time finding just the right top of the bed dressing, and love it for years. The last quilt set I bought, I liked it so much I bought a second, and have it as a backup for when this one wears out. And that is going to be pretty soon, as I can see this one getting thread bear in some places. The one I had before that, I used for way over 20 years.

 

I haven't seen anything I like as much as the one I'm using now (and have in reserve), so I'm glad I did pick up a second.
