Henry Staring At The Christmas tree

[ Edited ]

@sceniccoast  this is for you.  Henry loves to stare at the Christmas tree.  He's trying to figure out how to sit on "his" table so he can look out the window.  I do feel bad about him not being able to do that.  I added a picture of Ava with her Christmas collar on.

Well I would move the tree to another spot .....not fair that Henry can't have his daily perch.

I know - 'no other area for the tree".........I'd think of something better.

@fthunt   I feel awful about it, but he's okay.  He has his cat tree in another room that has a bird feeder outside it where he sits.  I put the bird feeder there just for him when I got him.  He also has double glass doors to look outside, and he scratches to go out on the screened in porch frequently.

When he's in the living room where the tree is he sits on my lap.

@NickNack   Look out when you leave the house.  Henry may try to re assume his normal place and the tree may be in trouble.

Ava looks fetching.  What a cute collar!

I agree, do you have a TV type table or another small table that you can place next to the tree for Henry to have his favorite spot back, while admiring the tree?

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.
