The only place, so far, I've seen Valentine's decor is pier 1.

@violann ~ I was on the hunt just yesterday for things to add to my Valentine's Day stash. I went to Party City and noticed a double heart that had lights on it. Also, (and please don't laugh) but Dollar Tree has tons of awesome Valentine's things! Nothing lit that I recall, but lots of pretty things. I was really surprised.

Anyway, you might want to check out Party City. I have something similar, a lit heart with an arrow through it that I picked up last year at a local resale shop. Good luck with your search! :-)

@violann try Target. They have some cute window lights online and not every store will have the same one. I was looking at the V day selection in my store and then I went online and saw so many more choices they have available and I will be ordering one of the lights later online. Good luck hope you find what you are looking for.
