Anyone else miss the Great Deals on Harry London Candy.

Each year they had some great tins, like 5 of them.

Then they had their 5 lb for like 53$ish

Last time I saw them the prices were way higher and way less candy.

I miss my Great Candy by Harry London.

@lmtparker   I would suggest Waggoner Chocolates on ShopHQ.  Waggoner is the original Harry London.  They make the best candy.  The man named Harry London is the grandfather of Joe Waggoner.  A few years ago the London candy factory fell through and after that Joe opened a shop in the original factory on Main street in North Canton, OH.  His candy is the original great chocolate from the beginning.  I have become a chocolate fanatic recently and I am from North Canton, OH.

@luvmybeetle so I should head to ShopHQ. Do they normally offer their version of a Christmas TSV on that brand.

I bought Harry London chocolates at Sam's Club two years in a row (about two years ago now) just to get the Nutcracker tins they came in.

I gave away at least half of the chocolates and the other half is still sitting in my pantry.  They're individually wrapped, so they may still be edible.  I just wasn't in love with them enough to "spend" all those calories.

But I love the tins!  I have a set of four now and I'd probably be crazy enough to buy more, if they have them this Christmas at Sam's.

They have their version later in the month or into the Fall.  He usually doesn't sell his product until it's cooler in the season.  Like towards the end of this month because of shipping in the heat. I don't watch ShopHQ all the time but you can check their schedule.

I had apparently signed up for Waggoner's Chocolates emails directly from the company website.  In July I got an email with Christmas in July specials.  Among them were several 5lb assortments for $64.75 and free shipping.  I wasn't certain if they were still on the shopping networks, so I placed an order for the soft centers assortment, which won't ship until October or November.

I like their chocolate and that soft center assortment was really calling to me.  Although I give most of it away, I sure do enjoy the few pieces I keep.  To me, Waggoner's is better tasting than both Giannio's and Harry London.

     I was a Harry London fan for years.  But it seemed to me that the chocolate tasted more and more waxy!

     I switched over to Gianno's/HSN and really like their candy...especially the marshmallows covered in chocolate.  But I have also bought Waggoner's/ShopHQ and really like the key lime wrapped in chocolate...even though I don't like white chocolate!!

@corita

A few times I ordered the dark chocolate covered marshmallows from Giannio's and Waggoner's for my mother, because that is her favorite chocolate treat.  She has always said how delicious they both have been.  Then last year I got her the Russell Stover chocolate covered marshmallow pumpkins instead, and they are now her hands down favorite.

The key lime white chocolate from Waggoner's is in the assortment I have on order.  I bet I'll love that one.

      May have to try those from Stover!! I have bought Stover 'no sugar' candy and didn't love it but didn't hate it either.

     Chocolate covered marshmallow is my very favorite candy.  Followed by anything chocolate and mint...a close second!  And a third favorite, anything caramel covered  in chocolate.
