And you, also.  I made a carrot "bundt" cake with a cream cheese filling running thru the middle and a fresh orange juice & confectionery sugar glaze.  Never made it b4 nor have I ever heard of it.  I hope that I didn't ruin Easter for anyone by using them as guinea pigs!  Lol.

Anytime we made a cake in the shape of a bunny, my dad would offer to eat the butt end because the thought grossed me out.  Don't like chocolate bunnies for the same reason.
