Fresh balsam oval centerpieces

I ordered two of the fresh oval centerpieces that said they would be delivered by 12/11. It is 12/15 and they still haven't shipped.  I tried calling you with no luck and talked to someone virtually with no help.  I would think there would be someway to find out when they will ship and someone from the vendor to contact.  HELP!  I ordered them the first week of November so this shouldn't be happening!!
