Unfortunately, it's sold out. We will have to wait and see if there are any returns. I'd be more than happy to buy one "as is".  It was just too expensive for me. Too many medical bills right now, and I ordered 2 of Valerie's mercury glass kaleidoscope trees, so I did enough damage to my credit card. And I'm hoping against hope that Q brings back a 6.5' Hallmark flocked tree.

I have some of the Slatkin gingerbread houses and they've held up well for years. I think you'll enjoy your house.
