I saw that Santa in person and he's adorable.  I bought a Karen Didion Santa last Christmas and then I couldn't stop!!! Take a look at some of her designs.....absolutely gorgeous.

@Carol DianeI got two Karen Didion Santas from Evine when they had CIJ earlier this year. They are really nice.

He is lovely.  Oh, those sparkling blue eyes!   I collect Santas too but not big ones like that.  I collect table top size Santas.  I started a few years ago and I add one or two interesting ones to my collection every year.

@froggy  The Santa you are showing is adorable.

I have too many Santas and have forced myself to stop collecting. Makes me sad but I have run out of storage space. Smiley Sad

Isn't it crazy how something you had little or no interest in, or that you may have though you were 'over' years ago, suddenly becomes a 'thing' and you want more!?

I've had this happen with some Christmas decor things, and just home decor things in general.

I kind of get a bee in my bonnet and off I go, on the perpetual hunt for the perfect things!

@MominohioYou are so right! Before last year I had one very nice standing santa. Then I decided I wanted a "wine" santa for my bar area because I decorate with barware and liquor and wine bottles. In the course of looking for him I saw so many more that I wanted! And that was it. Now I guess I collect santas. Sigh!

@froggy  He is beautiful.  I don't need any Christmas decos unless I find something special.  I usually check out the sale at Pottery Barn because I have, in the past, received 50% to 70% off of Christmas decos and really nice ones  Mercury glass items candle holders and a beautiful decanter with a crystal stopper.  I bought my tree at PB w/lights that is 3 ft. tall in a pot covered with burlap.  I use red or green mercury glass ornaments on the tree & sometimes a combo.  I hope you get Santa.

I love Santa's, but they have to have the right face, handsome, but soft and kind. I have 3 such Santa's.

Speaking of Santas, I have my fair share from years past.  The reason I don't care for Jim Shore's Santas, in general, though do have some, is that the faces are young and tend to look like a young Jim.  I want Santas with crinky eyes and character in the face.

@threeceesHe is gorgeous! It will probably be another week before I get mine out. I think I'll take a group photo before they go to their allotted stations.
