I get excited when Big Lots puts out their holiday paper plates and napkins, LOL. And, they’re out! My husband and I stopped by this afternoon. I’m attaching pictures of this year’s offerings. If you use paper plates at the holidays, these are terrific quality, are inexpensive and there are many in the package. Please no comments about how you’d never dream of using a paper plate for the holidays. If we could just keep this a lighthearted thread, that would be great. Use them, don’t use them, whatever floats our boats.

@gidgetgh - I have a stockpile of the second set you've shown here with the snowflakes (or at least, they're nearly identical, and I believe I purchased them at Big Lots two years ago). We do occasionally use them for holiday parties, but they're more often used for distributing food gifts to neighbors or bringing treats to holiday potlucks. Sometimes, paper goods are just so convenient and practical that they have to win the day.

It's paper plates, it's Christmas. How the heck could this thread be anything except light hearted and fun? Yes, indeed; I do use paper or plastic plates during the holidays. That's the way, I roll. So thank your for posting, maybe we will take trip to Big Lots Saturday. I have people over several times during the holidays and then there's Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Paper and Plastic allows me to be festive and to go with different themes.

@gidgetgh Really cute. We use these at Christmas to elimanate dirty dishes. Do they have the smaller(saucer size) plates and napkins?

@grandma2pkmh- here’s an example. Dinner plate, dessert plate, luncheon napkins and cocktail napkins. Each pattern has these sized pieces. They also have little guest towels and oval platters. $3.50 per pack. And they’re heavy duty plates, not the flimsy ones. It’s a terrific deal.

I love this one.
Wouldn’t it be fun to decorate your table around the red or green truck? Enjoy!!
