I went to Big Lots today because I noticed on their website they have numerous decorative items in pink and burgundy. Pink and burgundy colors do not scream fall to me but they are beautiful and reasonably priced. A large 22' white lantern with three LED candles w/ pink and burgundy roses with a white bow is $40.00. My bedroom has a Victorian theme and I am considering purchasing for year round use. I am enjoying the different seasonal fall colors because the color orange doesn't go with my navy floral couch and mauve swivel rockers. If I could afford it, I would redo my fall seasonal items in the newer shades of blue, pink, and burgundy.

Our Big Lots isn't close by, but maybe I'll take a drive out there this week or next week. There's a Dollar Tree not too far from there so that will make it worth the trip.  Smiley Happy

Thanks for the heads-up. BigLots Christmas decor themes last year were absolutely gorgeous- lots of ethereal-type soft whites and creams. Reindeer-pillows, tree decorations, etc.

@Daisy Sunflower  Call first to make sure they have it out. My Big Lots has a little out and the rest has been sitting on the truck until they have time to unload. This has been going on for two weeks now.

Went there last fall and liked many things. Had expected lower prices.

After reading this thread, I stopped at Big Lots today.  I’m not interested in any decor items, but I love Big Lots seasonal paper plates.  They’re just starting to put them out and didn’t have all the coordinating napkins and dessert plates yet, but I got these three dinner plates. They also had a selection of a traditional turkey, but I wanted fun, not traditional.

Why is it, when I have a 50/50 guess at something, I'm always 100% wrong?

@LoveMyBaby  I agree that last year's Christmas were gorgeous! I have a Victorian Christmas tree that is decorated with pink, gold, pearl, and crystal ornaments. I purchased a couple of decorative items from Big Lots to compliment my Victorian decor.

Sounds lovely. Love the idea of your colors, especially the soft pink on a tree. I've been doing blue and white, don't care for Christmas traditional green and red.
