Re: Better Homes & Gardens salad plates etc. at WM

I was at a Super Walmart today and - nothing!  They had some halloween themed mug and plates, but nothing harvest or holiday.

Sounds like no luck so far.

I have to take DD to her rehearsal a couple of towns over tomorrow. There is a huge WM Super Center there. I'm going to check it out while I'm waiting for her. Maybe I'll get lucky.

I'll keep you all posted.

I was hoping they'd get them in before Halloween. After that here, everybody is getting ready for decorating, making table plans and snapping them up. It really ends up being a hit or miss as to whether you find the more limited pieces.

I am embarrassed to say I recently boxed up a set of Lenox Christmas plates to give away, but kept my BH&G plates.

Not sure why I ever bought the Lenox set -- it had a large Cardinal on it with a green rim.  The Cardinal NEVER looked right to me.  Anyway, they are gone, but the cheap Walmart plates are still in my china closet.

I love the autumn plates, but have not seen any yet.  I mix them in with my everyday autumn plates and they are lovely.

But, do I really need more plates?

If you search for Better Homes & Gardens harvet plates online, they have a serving bowl and platter SET.

Price is $26.86.

I just searched Better Homes & Gardesn botanical and it did show individual bundles of plates.  These are harvest themed.

Sets of 4.

@Snicks1

Oh, I love the dinner plates, I don't have any of those - just the salad plates.

Thanks for posting the pictures!
