As Is Bethlehem Lights Garland

There is a Bethlehem Lights garland "as is" on the site.  It has one 5 star review, dated 9/01/09. Is this an error, or not?

I don't think we would have any way of knowing if it's an error.

Whenever I see an old review like that (I don't think the date is an error)   I always wonder if the quality has changed.

Yes, it's from 2009.  The item number for the non as is version is listed in the details.  You can see the reviews there.  This wreath has improved a lot since then.

I just saw that also, GCR18........and you are right.  The current BL garlands have certainly improved.
