Why is my tree stuck in Suffolk, VA (I'm in Cincinnati, OH)? I pre-ordered my flocked tree, and it was supposed to be here on 12/3/201. Why have the talent promise--guarantee-a delivery time only to have it stuck somewhere? Has anyone got their tree? It's 12/4/2021 and I fear Christmas is going to be here before the tree comes!!! UUUGGGHHH!!!

@puddin6734 I am sorry you are having to stress over this, but I think we are all aware of shipping issues ongoing, so I'm not sure this is QVC's fault. It is happening everywhere to all of us.
Not good, but it is what it is--and I hope your tree gets there soon!

You need to calm down. First, delivery dates are always an estimate. Secondly, it's still 3 weeks til Christmas, plenty of time to get your tree and decorate it. Thirdly, the tree is apparently with UPS and QVC has no control over their operation. Everything runs slower than normal in December. You are not the only person with a package in the works.

Was there anyway to track it at all? Do you know for sure that it was definitely shipped? Fingers crossed you'll get it soon.

Sorry to hear that your tree hasn't arrived. I agree with you that they should not guarantee a delivery date. I never order anything from QVC that I need within a certain timeframe. The last few months I haven't ordered anything at all because of the things I've read about the wrong and/or damaged product being delivered.

Welcome @puddin6734.
You are not the only one here who has expressed concern about not receiving their tree.
Many of us warned about shopping early for everything this year because of supply chain issues and shipping delays. Shipping in December would be very iffy.
QVC has no control over it getting to your house in time after the shipper picks it up.

@Kachina624 First, I KNOW delivery dates are ESTIMATES. I ORDERED the tree in NOVEMBER!!! Second, 3 weeks til Christmas? I wanted to decorate after Thanksgiving. So that way I could enjoy the decorations longer. And third, if it is UPS and we have to wait because of COVID-19 then why has it taken closer to a month now for it to be delivered?
