I buy fresh greens every year from an online vendor in Oregon and decorate the front yard.  The pine cones and faux berries are my addition.

The dwarf Alberta spruce below is there year round.

I love anything that goes from the day after Thanksgiving until spring. Winter is the way to go for me, with less Christmas, just not there yet.
