When the matter is taken care of, I post a positive comment, as a follow-up.
@Carol08, thanks for your suggestion. I just went over to their FB site and read some of the posts. Apparently, I'm not in the minority and from what I read, they have really changed and not for the good. Alot of deception going on.
I made a post there so we'll see what happens. They could have had a good customer, but not anymore. I'm just glad I didn't drop a lot of $ with them.

Oh here's another idea.....you can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau....
bbb.org A friend was telling me she did that with an oil change place and got her situation resolved......
I was curious so I went I entered Collecions Etc an it looks like they are accredited by the Better Business Bureau and the complaints seemed to be resolved with satisfaction....You can file a complaint right on the web site.

I've ordered many things from them through Amazon. There are some more things I want so my intention is to order directly from their website this time and take advantage of the 15% discount.

@Spurt, thanks for the suggestion. I did check out the BBB's link that you provided and saw there were about 75 complaints, but that they were resolved.
I did end up getting the $12 credit to my CC just the other day, so I'm glad about that. Now I have a credit with them to use by December, not much ($17) and will see what's there that I can order. Then again, I may chalk that one up to a small loss. I'm not sure I even want to place another order with them. I have read where people order things on their website and some of the items are on "back order", but their credit cards are still charged. Not a good way to do biz IMO.
Thanks for your suggestion.
