The 2018 free shipping on everything dates that I can remember were 

  • February 18
  • April 7
  • July 7

Based on that, it is hard to guess how long before another free shipping day.

 

The Peanuts throw will have a full-priced QVC price of $22 (maybe less than that if it goes back to some featured price instead) which is $4 more than current sale price.  Shipping is $5.50.  In this situation, it might still be a dollar or two cheaper at its higher regular price if bought when another freeship day occurs.  The risk is that it may sell out before that happens.

Another possibility is that these may show up as-is priced later, which will be a good savings.

Free Shipping on Everything is rare.

You're much more likely to find free shipping offered on everything in one category, Home, Beauty, Electronics, etc or free shipping on a particular brand, or a group like bedding.
