I received a nice advent calender by Allen & Roth its really cute shaped like a tree with a star on top with all of the numbers from 1-25 with pegs above each number. The problem is it didn't come with anything to put on the pegs. I would think maybe mini ornaments but what else could go on the pegs to represent the 25 days before and up to Christmas? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I really think that there are parts missing. It seems like there should be 25 little ornaments or something similar. I have seen advent calendars with little compartments or drawers that are designed to put little candies or treats into but yours sounds like a decorative one. They should come with the other pieces.
Maybe you can fine some cute little ornaments for it.

I think I saw the one you are posting about at Loweās and it came with one small berry wreath that you would move from peg to peg each day.

Oh how cute! I bet you could make a little wreath and use that for your calendar.

I LOVE Advent Calendars, and yours sounds especially charming. The idea of counting down the days to Christmas has been around for something over 150 or so years, and there are lots of references available through Google.
My first thought, (ALWAYS my first thought these days) if this were mine, would be postage stamp sized shots of my grandchildren, with loops of alternating red/green ribbon or yarn taped or to the back as hangers, and a gold star for Christmas Day.
SO, any lovely meaningful photos could be fun, but that's just for starters.
I bought "toy" Advent Calendars for my grands this year, knowing that my Treasures weren't quite old enough for them, so they are stored with the Christmas Cards for 2020, but toys are always good, as are doll house miniatures.
Foil wrapped chocolates or hard candies work too.
Enjoy your calendar, watch for ideas through the year that reflect trips or hobbies or sentimental events, and save your holiday memories from year to year too!

I been searching advent wreaths and I cam across where you can put ornaments on each day to corresponding with the Bible. I love this idea to me this would mean something. It's called The Jesse Tree book and talks all about it and its ornaments. Has anyone ever done this? I love this idea.
