I bought the Q2 Big Deal Santa because I collect Santas and I have no other JS pieces this big. I couldn't pass up the AD, too, but I wasn't thinking about storage of these items ... oh dear! My husband's going to have a hissy fit, too! LOL

I collect nativities and I showed the angel one to DH and said I'd like to get it. He wanted the Santa. So I didn't order either - unable to make up my mind & feeling guilty to spend that much. Later in the day DH asked me if I had bought it. When I said no he pulled it up on our big desktop computer - it looked so much nicer on the large screen than my chromebook. We decided to order the Santa. Now I have to decide where to put a 21" Santa Claus.

The only other Jim Shore piece I own is a tree ornament shaped like a star with a nativity on it. it is just lovely.

I still intend to go thru the Christmas decor I already own and do a lot of purging.

@Shogirl I had DH add deep shelves with at least 24" in height in between to a hall closet to accommodate the tall decor, but it is filled to the brim now.

Q2 had been re-running Jim's Shows with Rachel, and he's on with Dan and his CIJ show on Q2 now...Jim has 2 shows today 3-4PM EDT and 6-7PM EDT...........

He's showing a few other pieces as well....and I couldn't resist the snowman decorating the tree....And I will be donating a Christmas item I no longer want to make room...........

He's adorable. Yes I did get the Santa... He's a lot bigger then my other Jim Shore things but I will find a place to display him. I bought him only because I want the Witch that come in the Auto Delivery. I'll see where I stand with the other two before they ship to see if I will cancel or keep them coming.

I bought the Santa and he is wonderful. My grandson (only 18 months) gave him a kiss. LOL and I just received the Witch. She is fantastic. I put her on the Piano next to the front window.. Not sure yet if I will continue with the auto delivery because they are a little pricey and I really don't decorate for Easter or 4th of July.
