I thought so, too. My DH has two new green trees ordered. I ordered 2 of the "AS IS" in Silver. The two I ordered when they were 1st shown, the colors didn't go all the way to the top. (I really hope the 2 I ordered are ok.) I hope some of the members of the forum benefit from my post.

@SweetSydney I hope you get two that work...I ordered the blush and wanted the silver when it was first offered but it was sold out...the next day I saw that the silver could be ordered as an Advance Order and would ship in September so I purchased.  The "as is" is $6.00 less than what I am paying and that is a good deal!

Thank you, I hope so, too. The trees are so pretty! My DH lucked out last week & ordered 2 new green trees, about a week apart. He really wanted the green. And I really love the silver. I hope you get a perfect tree. I agree,  the  "as is" price is a good deal.
