These were popular 40 yrs ago .
I had one and used it maybe one or two times.
I was never comfortable with it and always used a "neckerchief" (remember them) inside........lol
Showing my age...lol (81)

I assume the clear part is vinyl or PVC, so NO.
SO MANY beautiful bags- no need for a clear one.

I remember the Jelly bag craze, but never owned one.

While I would not want to carry one, many venues like football and baseball games both college and major league require them if you want to carry a purse.

I had a clear evening bag and a pair of Stuart Weitzman clear vinyl and lucite heels that I wore for evening. Both were beautiful.
Didn't carry much, but not wanting anyone to see, wrapped everything in a small silk scarf. They were solid colors or printed depending on the dress I was wearing. I'm matchy, matchy.
But, I wouldn't carry the handbag in the photo. Not my style.

There is one in the new Oprah Magazine and it is Michael Kors and costs $278!!
First of all I never paid that much for any handbag. But also would never want one that things can be seen!
