Who's the designer?

I've been seeing a lot of new Spring style commercials and also posts in the Trending link on the homepage showing a model with this white handbag. I've searched everywhere and I can't find it !Smiley Sad

If anyone can give me a clue who the designer is I would appreciate it....Smiley Happywhite handbag
