My TSV bag finally hit Tacoma, Washington yesterday, a full 10 days after it "shipped" and UPS doesn't have a delivery date on it yet.. Trying to be patient, but it's weird that I already received the shamrock charm that I ordered from them the same day, but the bag is hanging out in outer space somwhere.

Done with Lug. Ordered the belt bag as a gift for someone who specifically wanted that style/color/brand. Took 3 weeks to ship and another week to meander all around before arriving here. A $60 bag arrived in a polyester drawstring pouch with the strap all twisted around inside that pouch, in a massive plastic mailing envelope (18"x24" for a belt bag).
Said it before, and I'll say it again...Lug needs to be sold as "Advanced Order" or "Week Of" shipping only. They do that with food or TSVs that sell out -- even if it's just 2 weeks away from when the item may be airing. If Lug takes 3 weeks before it even begins the shipping process (and we clearly have lots of evidence that this is what the brand is known for -- and QVC knows it), QVC needs to be more transparent and disclose that lengthy order processing/shipping time during the shopping process and presentation.

The lug bag I ordered Jan 17 shows as shipped. But it never arrived. I called CS today and got my full refund. And if it miraculously shows up someday, it will be returned that very day.
I will NEVER spend money on Lug products again from here or their website. What a shame to lose customers especially when you have a desirable, high quality product.

Well, mine never arrived, shows as shipped on 2/11, hit Tacoma, Washington and got stuck there. Contacted customer service and got a refund and they cancelled the balance of the Easy Pays but I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to receiving this bag. It seems like Lug needs to restructure their shipping practices since I clearly am not the only one having issues with their things being delivered. And it's not just with QVC, I had ordered something from their website a while back and it never arrived either. Took forever to get someone on their customer service team to respond to me and I finally got a refund for what I had ordered. I love these bags, but they clearly won't stay in business if they can't ship in a timely and correct manner.

My purse finally came with the wallet due for delivery on 3/1. I've not ever had an order take nearly a month to arrive. However, I think that Lug TSV was moved up on the schedule, so maybe they were not as ready as in times past. I ordered the light blue and it is lovely. I really like the different organization and the fact that this is so different from my other Lug bags. As soon as the wallet gets here, I'll be switching over to it. I'm not so concerned with the long shipment time as I consider the color more for spring and was not planning to switch out purses until March anyway. I'll cut Lug some slack. With everything else going on in the world, having to wait a little longer for something I didn't even need is no big deal.
