What is a dealbreaker for you when it comes to handbags?

For me I loathe silver hardware on bags. I feel it cheapens the look. I prefer goldtone( but not too brassy) and antiqued brass hardware. I feel a black hand bag looks classier with the gold. What’s your deal breaker?

A dark interior is a deal breaker for me. I simply cannot see black on black at all any more!

Imprefer gunmetal color hardware.

Stiff purses are also not applicable to my lifestyle. I did order the IKWHIP travel bag because my method of carrying everything "junked" into one large interior ends TODAY!

If the lining is too dark in color to find items inside.

Size. Too big or too small and they'll be rarely used.

I think the opposite. A deal breaker for me is if it doesn't fit the color/design line/texture/pattern/fabric of the rest of my accessories and clothes.

I agree. I want gold hardware but not brass. It also has to have a zipper close.

I prefer shoulder straps and do not want a smaller strap attached to the top of the bag along with the shoulder strap

I have three requirements:

Silvertone hardware

One strap

One zip opening to one large bag (no pockets!)

I may not agree with what you say, but I will defend, til death, your right to say it

No zipper closure on main compartment.  Have 2 expensive Dooney but stopped carrying.

No double shoulder straps - one of them always falls down.
