Happy birthday, Professor! The Bay has some of these sometimes (and AK also had a clutch with strap similar to Alexis of a flag design). I love this bag, got it in the "tobacco," which is a deep, rich reddish-brown vintage leather. As StevieB says, I think it would be lovely in any of the colors. It even has a generous padded compartment that fits my Air laptop. Sometimes I kick myself for not going with multiples on this one -- as a laptop compartment is so hard to find. But, on the other hand, variety is good!

Even though they can be beautiful and functional and most of mine are light in weight, I am happiest if I don't need to carry one.

I've been carrying my gray Oryany Danielle bag I got as is, and now I'm seriously thinking I need the white. I feel a little crazy for considering a third color in this bag but I am.

Kate Spade Cedar Street Small Pearl in Rosewater. It's a sweet, elegant little satchel that I'll be wearing using the crossbody strap when traveling from one airport to another, going on vacation to visit family this Friday.

Carrying my Coach Madison Carlyle in Olive, with Gunmetal Hardware

It's a favorite, Love it. I had wanted it for ages, but, just wasn't going to spend close to $500 with tax.

It finally was briefly offered, on the Coach on line sale, and I snared it!
50% off, so still not inexpensive, but much more doable!

I recently broke down and ordered a Kooba Jonnie, in Rose Gold, from My Habit. I like the looks of the bag, but again, I'm not going to spend $500 or in that range for it.

My Habit has the full size Jonnie for $195, so, we'll see. If it's not a keeper, it is returnable.

Although I despise returning, this one is going to have to Wow me. Translation: I probably was a bit too quick on the trigger😏

I have that bag too...I love brahmin bags, i have another one different style in red... it's gorgeous. I just bought another Brahmin in turquoise i should get it tomorrow, I can't wait, i also bought a Pecan wallet... so pretty. I only carry Brahmin and Dooney....
