I tried to find the answer to my question online, but no luck. So apologies for asking a most likely dumb question.

Are Vuitton bags less expensive in Paris  than they are in the US?

I bought one in Paris about 10 years ago and at the time, it was $180 less than it was here.

The cost will depend on the exchange rate, the charge for a foreign transaction on the CC, the amount of VAT you get back and the duty charged by US customs.
