The last time I ordered from them they sent me the wrong stuff, charged me for the wrong stuff, didn't refund me when I sent the stuff back. The order was a mess. And then the second time they shipped my order, they once again sent me the wrong stuff! It took me months to get it all straightened out with their customer service.   

They have cool stuff, but I cringe at the thought of ever ordering from them again.

Their organizer bag in slate is sort of interesting, but I too have heard of issues with order fulfillment and returns.

I've never had a moment trouble with them. bought

a pricey 'cooling' blanket from them one time, then, mostly night gowns . Now that tote bag.

All that candy !!!!!!!!!!!! My downfall weaned myself off

of sugar wahhhhhhhh A1C is 5.6 though.

I order from the Vermont Country Store frequently. They have some unique food items and I get most of my nightgowns from them. Carole Hochman is not what it used to be, although I still make the occasional purchase. I miss Carole. I know it has been a long time since she sold the company, but her shows were always fun when she was on air.

I have never had an incorrect order or reason to return anything. Hearing the complaints here, I hope l never have to deal with their customer service! I love their catalogs and there is always something new. They also have a lot of “vintage” items, cosmetics and fragrances from years past!

@SharkE you can do a right click with your mouse on a photo "copy image" then come over here and right click your mouse again and hit paste.  No need to download a photo.  I have not been to that site in years I am enjoying seeing all the new items.
