I understand there are many here on the Q board who do not care for this brand at all and that's ok.

I just ordered a white patent one (with the check strap) from Poshmark because I saw it here presented yesterday and fleetingly liked it in white.

But I do have a question ❓❓

What makes them so expensive? Is it just because they are popular at the moment?

I love patent! Patent was a "thing" during the 70's "Carnaby Street" fashion trend and I fell for it all!

Have not purchased these bags as I'm not into that big puffy looking bag.

From their website , an explanation of  what is Royln.

"Think Royln is a NYC based brand that was founded by two best friends inspired by a life in the city that never stops. The brand focuses on designing fashion-forward, lightweight and hands-free totes, shoulder and belt bags for a woman that’s always on the move. "

Gee I'm not familiar so I just googled this brand and looked at some on Amazon. They have some white patent ones for $98. That seems pricey for a bag that's not leather. What does make them so expensive?

I'm on the fence with these bags. Three times I've ordered them and three times I've sent them back. I just don't think the fit and finish warrant the price. The outside pockets were sewn on crooked.  Loose threads all over the place. And let's not even get started about that black hole of an interior.  Although cute, unless QVC is selling them deeply discounted, I don't think they're worth it.

Save your money for an MZ Wallace patent leather bag.  They are gorgeous and will serve you well for many years.
