I actually bought one from the store in Stone Mountain, strap broke when I got home and upon calling them, they said I need to send it back to them for repair, it was barely 2 wks, I had the receipt and all.    Never bought another one.

 

 

Funny how things that happen to YOU, stay in your memory bank forever.  How I remember that, didn't have a lot of money, most I have ever spent on a handbag (it was really hard to spend that money) only to have it break 2 wks after I got home and it would of cost me money to send it back.

Just for the heck of it, I visited their website, where I see the style factor still seems to be sort of marginal. Handbags, like most things, are an each to their own proposition. Those who enjoy the brand should continue to do so.
