@catmama I hope to get one of the bags that I ordered by Wednesday.  At least that's what tracking is showing.  I also ordered a second bag and wallet but have no idea when to expect them.

I posted on another forum and I hope that QVC actually reads these on occasion. QVC needs to have some responsibility to their customers on this issue. Their excuse is that it is shipped by the vendor. Then why does QVC charge a shipping cost? I ordered a Lug bag on February 3 and I tried to cancel it on the 14th because it hadn’t even shipped. I knew it wouldn’t get here in time for a birthday gift. They said they couldn’t cancel it because it was already in process. Magically a tracking number appears in the order status. However, Today’s the 19th and UPS is saying that they have yet to receive the item to ship. What a shady move.
The quality of Lug is good, the organization is great, but this is pathetic.
Ihkwip now has my business, and I will never buy Lug again.
And I’m debating buying from QVC because they don’t stand behind this issue for their customers. They need to be dealing with Lug to fix this and accommodating their customers when Lug drops the ball. They shouldn’t be letting their customers take the hits.
I work in manufacturing, so I’m no stranger to warehousing and logistics. There’s no excuse for this. Whatever Lug is doing, they’re doing very wrong and QVC doesn’t even care that their customers get the shaft.
I like a lot of stuff that QVC has, but sometimes it’s the principal, and I may not ever buy from them again either.

I agree....IF I ever get my Lug bag...it will be my last order for awhile....

 

I usually order from Valerie...but I had 2 things in my cart and before I pressed the order button...I remembered how many things I received from her in the last 2 months that were broken and I deleted my cart.

 

I need a break from ordering from here for now.

I'm returning the bag.  Just don't like the feel of it or the color (coral).  Was so hoping it would work out.

Apparently nothing has changed with LUG's shipping yet.  I ordered 2 bags on 3/31 & 4/1.  Got one quickly but the tracking on the other has only read:

 

"Apr 04, 2023, 13:44 Order Processed: In Transit to UPS" for days now. 

 

I'd contact Chat and cancel it but it was a new summer print I've been waiting for weeks to see.  But this will be my last LUG from QVC until I see on these blogs that their shipping has gotten better.

I ended up reporting the company to the Florida BBB, magically within 7 days I had my bag however I just ordered 4 more bags and I fear I may have to go to the BBB again. I am very done with the company their prices are outrageous. I've been ordering from them since the day they started They need to revamp and rethink their company and their policies they need to go back to their original roots.   What is worse is that QVC is doing nothing to help their customer base. I am very angry at that, how can you allow a company to sell items in the quantity that they do and at those prices and get tons of complaints and they do nothing.
