@Boehm Collector... The higher end ones to be sure. Saks, Nordstroms and that lot... Although I've also seen the odd one or two at discount stores, believe it or not. I have a bag in that silhouette (not by Chloe) I got at Loehmann's a number of years ago. Clearly, this style is not a new one...
Hi @stevieb and @Serendipity Well, I went shopping with my niece yesterday. We actually had a good time ... but I basically let her pick the stores she wanted to stop in. She isn't really interested in handbags so I didn't get to look at too many. We did go to Nordstroms because she likes their shoes. I took a quick glance in the handbag department.... but didn't see any Chloe's. That doesn't mean there weren'y any ... I just didn't spend much time looking. I was really good.... I bought Michelle a bottle of Alien by Thierry Mugler for Christmas. This is her favorite scent .. and she said she is running low. She was really happy I got it for her.... but she knows she has to wait until Christmas to receive it. For myself .. I bought a sweater in a merlot/port color at Macy's with gift cards I still had left from my birthday. I have other sweaters in this style ... I like it because it makes me look thin!!

Isn't interested in handbags... What is WRONG with this girl...????

Hi @stevieb ..... have no idea what is wrong with her. She definitely has not taken after her aunt... or her mother for that matter. Her mother is more of a handbag fanatic than I am.. But she wouldn't know a good quality bag if it jumped up and bit her. She just buys a lot of bags.. and once she has used one for while it disappears forever.

Good morning, handbag friends! This Tano woven leather bag, lined and with interior zipper and additional compartments, is on sale at Anthro for about $100 (50% off). It's similar to the beautiful green one posted earlier, which was pricier. I would grab it for myself if l didn't already have two bags in that same color. Just putting it out there, lol.

@stevieb I am really loving the buckley silhouette -- in use as well as the look. I hadn't expected it to be so practical too. I am thinking of adding one more color, a fun one like red or blue (maybe the teal in toledo, but that price, eh). I use it both as a satchel (and you know I'm not a satchel girl!) and shoulder bag. I love that you can go back and forth and neither handle gets in the way.

@stevieb A couple as is domed buckle florentines popped up -- so I grabbed them for my mom per your suggestion. Fingers crossed. One in chestnut, her favorite color, and the other in navy, which she also likes. The big opening is perfect at least.
