Roma 5

I just got my Roma. It feels like plastic and the croco on 1 side doesn't match. I feel it is a defect. Plus now it's $8.95 to use the QVC return label. Also i tryed to leave a review and it won't let me sign in to leave a review. I would not recommend this bag at all. The Roma 2 was much better. Expensive to send back. Thanks for letting me vent.

Mark it as defective. Defective items aren't charged a return fee.

I wrote a note with the return and said i thought it was a defect. Who knows if they will see it that way.

@plc123 I would call customer service and let them know why you are returning.They will then make sure you are refunded return postage...I think they note the return somehow.
