ANYONE have any idea why RETURNS are taking soooo long ???
I have returned 2 items...one on the 17th and one on the 15th of SEPT.
The automated system shows they have arrived a while ago, but still does not show as a credit on my QCARD or in my account activity as a return.
I am beginning to rethink every purchase, as the return process takes forever.
If anyone could shed any light on this continuing trend, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have no idea - just a question because I've never had a Q card. Is the phone number given on the card the same number we call for other kinds of QVC CS?

I haven't experienced any change in processing. Return credits have always taken about three weeks for me.

I don't think so. I had to call the number on the card last week. My q card was suspended because the card company claims they sent me mail and it was returned addressee unknown.

My guess would be that with all the fashion and accessory shows this time of year, there are a lot more returns. I

I've had to call them numerous times to process my refund, after seeing that they had received the return a week before.
The CS reps have always issued the refund while I was on the phone, so give them a call.

I have called CS on a few items. You need the tracking number and of course the item number. They will verify both. CS has always issued me a refund immediately.

It is absolutely ridiculous to have a return item sitting there for a week. I have never had this problem before. I will hesitate to order again unless I am 100% sure of keeping the item. I guess that pretty much ends my clothing purchases with QVC.

I always return at my own expense using UPS, and for the most part, my account is credited within 7-8 days at the most.
