QVC should definitely ship these bags in a box.  I ordered a lug mini backpack this week and it came (with no stuffing inside) in a plastic bag in the Q plastic bag, which my mail person crammed into the mailbox!   It does have a slight crease in the back of it but I think it will come out when I stuff the bag fuller.  I think they need stuffing and to ship in boxes.
