Re: Question about Dooney oyster color...

Not every style handbag is right for every person.  I have a large Dooney collection including 2 of the Samba small satchel.  The leather is beautiful and holds up well in wet weather.  I'm very comfortable with the size and style of the bag and the handles and the front pocket works for my keys.  The only thing I dislike is the dangling charm.   It adds weight and gets in the way.  But aside from that I really like this satchel.

Sorry the bag didn't work out for you.   But there are many other styles and you will find the right combination of features for your needs.

Yes, the dangling lock was more of a liability than an asset.  I am a satchel girl and was kind of surprised that this one didn't work for me.  I'll keep my eyes open for another (like I really need one.)

Glad your Samba satchel works well for you!!
